how can I download the license?
here it worked just fine, thank you very much (I’m playing on RPCS3)
The game freezes in some loading screens. It appears to be random. Sometimes it is when loading a song, sometimes it is when going back to the menu after playing some songs.

welp. Link ver PSN package file needed a licence (after an hour of installing). and good file USA was not showing on multiman.
