Ultimate Edition is only for online, Special Edition is for Single Player.. The DLCs for Special Edition and Pre-Order Bonus are already online for 6.72-5.05

Upload the game – update – dlc to zippy, google, 1File which ever is easiest for you then share the links. Best to encrypt the links with something like Base64 (https://www.base64decode.org) so the links dont expire easy.
