Na BLUS30787 estava dando erro ao baixar o dados do jogo, chegava a 61% e parava, então tentei com a versão BLES (que na verdade é a BLUS) e continuou de onde parou (61%) e completou o download.
nesse link está o jogo completo inclusive essa parte mencionada acima.
caso não consigam baixar faça como eu fiz (intencionalmente): mude o nome da pasta do jogo para BLES01355.

If you have problems to play with Jill and Shuma, you need to instal the HAN DLC (have 2 itens, the 2 characters). Then it works fine!
para que el dlc funcione, simplemente instalen el fix del marvel vs capcom y luego el de ultimate y asi funciona, al menos a mi en pkg no han funciona

if your having trouble with google drive download the link with the mega upload it’s almost the same it downloads the file directly to your pc.
