Download the game, but when you start it remains black screen, also weight 4 gigs not 5 as the information says, could you please verify it?

Lo instale con el hen pero el juego se queda en negro, lo he instalado de otra forma pero se queda en una pantalla con letra japonesa que habla de instalar datos pero de ahi no hace nada mas! y debo apagar, como es la cosa con este juego? gracias.
