Credits to Whitehawkx for the dump!
Notes: 5.05 Backport! Fixed the slowdowns when loadings. The slowdown on the game is caused by extra data DLCs, my DLCs are without extra data which means they have no name or icon but that fixes the game delays when loading.
If you want to have the icons in the game info, install the extra data ones and then install mine on top, so it wont have a name but at least the DLCs will have icon. I keep saying that backport fixing these issues are like a sequencial puzzle, how would you guess that the very game next after city skylines would be fixed the same way lol

This is how to fix soulcalibur 6 loading time
1- uninstall all dlc via pkg sender
Drag & drop all the old dlc inside the app and press right click and choose uninstall one by one (note you don’t have to delete the game or update)
2-now on ps4 go to
Settings>>debug settings>>game>>Add content manager>>entitlement control
now scroll down until you see (soulcalibur iv) press on it and select all dlc (don’t select the first one)
now press on Delete disabled entitlement
go back to the home screen
And start the game now it will load much faster
3- now install all the new dlc unlocker using usb don’t use pkg sender
you need update 2.31 to unlock the newest dlc

-“Base y update 2.31 (no DLC)” se instalan de forma correcta.
-28 personajes a elegir.
-Inferno aparece al terminar un reto.
-El tiempo de carga para selecionar un personaje es 2 minutos máximo.
-Otras transiciones de pantallas son rápidas y 10 segundos aprox.
-Si se instalan los pack de DLC, los tiempos de carga aumentan hasta 3 minutos o poco más.
-“NO” instalen los DLC. Con el update 2.31 es suficiente para elegir todos los personajes.

– PS4 Slim en 6.72 (HEN 2.1.3)
– Juego base CUSA09903 – USA …… @Whitehawkx
– Update 2.12 (6.72/7.02) …… @Femteau
– Update 2.25
– Pack 12 DLC
* Sólo juego base:
Todo carga rapido, entre 7 – 13 segundos.
* Juego base + Update 2.12 (6.72/7.02) (DUXA to repack the Update):
3 pruebas:
Arcade: 30, 30, 30 (segundos)
Versus: 29, 29, 29 (segundos)
Entrenamiento: 29, 23, 22 (segundos)
* Juego + Update 2.12 (6.72/7.02) (DUXA to repack the Update) + pack 12 DLC:
3 pruebas:
Arcade: 50, 48, 48 (segundos)
Versus: 48, 47, 48 (segundos)
Entrenamiento: 49, 38, 48 (segundos)
* Juego + Update 2.25:
3 pruebas:
Los tres modos: 1:25 min – 1:35 min
El tiempo de carga de elección de escenarios aumenta poco más.
* Juego base + update 2.25 + pack 12 DLC:
Los tiempos son de 2 min, 3 min a más o demasiado en todos los modos.
Resultado:
-Los updates ocacionan aumentos en tiempos de carga, sobre todo el update 2.25
-El “Pack 12 DLC” ocacionan demasiados aumentos en tiempos de carga.
NOTA:
Una vez que se instalan los updates, aparecen elegibles los nuevos personajes. Ya no es necesario los DLC. A no ser que incluyan cosas extras ahí.
Recomiendo el “juego base + update 2.25”, solo si eres paciente esperar 1:35 minutos como máximo y tener más personajes a elegir.

El único inconveniente es el tiempo de carga a la pantalla de selección de personajes. algo de 2 minutos o poco más.

UPDATE:
I used DUXA to repack the Update 2.25 and it installed successfully and all DLCs.
This update 2.25 fixed the loading time and stage lagging selection with additional characters as you listed. However, four existing characters were missing from the list. :=(

Just have it installed and tested on my PS4 PRO 7.55 and it appears working fine :=)
However,like KGT mentioned below, the loading time is longer than normal.
After updating + DLC unlock (tested both version US, EU in FW 7.02)

The update 1.51 overwrite the game and make it useless. The update also show that the package is already installed fter installation game became useless.
i Installed the game with all DLC and Updates but i cant find Hilde and Haohmaru on the selection screen…. anyone else having the same problem ?
