Anyone having issues installing base package (asks for an update to use external storage or something) then spoof your firmware to 10.0
This worked for me and it was the only way I could install the base package.

[CUSA16164] Sniper Elite 5 Update v1.06 PROPER + DLC Fully Backported
Notes: 5.05 / 6.72 / 7.02 / 7.55 Backport! Tested on 5.05! I had to rebuild entitlement access in the update which doesnt exist on 7.02 and below and the game requires it for the DLC to work, i dont know if the new backport works with 7.50+ because of the injected library. If you are on 9.00 you dont need the new file just DLC.
