No. If possible, you would have to refix the DLCs (rap needed) and it’s not always true (mostly no, but who know until you test it).
How to install DLC?
you gotta install the recents actualization of it and the go to files in multiman menus and prees the dlcs, then you go to pkg files on ps3 menu and install it one by one
