For this version no. There is a new version of this game that came out recently thats like a complete Edition comes with all DLC unfortunately its either 7.02 or higher.

the ps3 scene never provided all the dlc so the chances for the ps4 version are extremely slim. Since someone needs a jpn psn account to buy them. Honestly tho DLC support for ps4 JB is very poor. Dont ever wait on that.
