Original version (PAL and NTSC) have broken animation, that why i use Prototype of this game! No issue with animation there!

Prototype – actually its full game, just published about two months before the final retail version!

Also game have an additional audio track not present in the final retail version and contains a different opening! (Japonese voice)

Games works pretty good on my 5.05 FW!

This prototype was made on 1995/07/20 when the final game was made on 1995/09/15 (for all regions), so it was made about 2 months earlier. It’s great, more chance to find differences.

It has one more audio track: track #23.

It does not have video files (.cpk) when final games have some.

It has a different opening. It uses fixed pictures with music and text from track #23 to narrate the Rayman story.

About 200-250 files are different between this prototype and any of the released final games (JPN, USA and EUR), so maybe a lot of in-game differences.

The best of all, it has cheat codes enabled!To enable the cheat codes press the following buttons at the pause screen:
5 lives: L, R, Y
99 lives: U, D, X, L, R, C, Z, Z
10 continues: X, Z, LT, R, D
Goes to next level: A, X, Y, B, C, Z
20 lives: R, L, D, R, RT
All levels & worlds unlocked: D, R, A, Z, B, Y, RT, X, C
