Hatsune Miku: Project Diva Future Tone DX is a packaged release that includes Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone Prelude, Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone Future Sound, and Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone Colorful Tone, the “1st Encore Pack,” “2nd Encore Pack, and “3rd Encore Pack” add-ons are also included. Additionally, to commemorate the release of the physical version, we’re adding the song “Ghost Rule,” which has achieved over 9.5 million views on video upload websites. In total, Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Future Tone includes 237 songs and 396 modules (costumes).

I have problems installing the game
I tried this, if you already have the Digital Version of this installed with all the DLC, then this thing is basically the same with exception of exclusive song “Ghost Rule”. So if you feel that you miss out that song out of the digital version of the release then feel free to download this.
the menus is in japanese, but totally playable once you get used on the menus, future tone doesnt have any kind of story related on it unlike the past project diva releases on PS3 (1st and 2nd) and PS4 (Diva X).
What’s the difference between this one and Hatsune Miku Project Diva Future Tone?
