■About the Game
A group of children mysteriously disappeared during a festival on Rogetsu Isle. Although they were found, they had lost their memories. Now they have returned to the island as teenagers. The girls rely on the Camera Obscura, a camera with the power to capture and seal away unthinkable horrors, and the faint beam of their flashlight while exploring various locations and fending off the ghosts that attack them as they attempt to discover the truth of their haunting past.■Features

Could someone tell me how to convert the Spanish patch from the Nintendo Switch to PS4
In case anybody will ask. Since Fatal Frame 4, much like Fatal Frame 5, came from ASIA Region, the very first default language in the setting will be either Japan or Traditional Chinese.
You can change it by going to the option menu, usually on the very right. Then, a 4-vertical options will appear. I believe it’s the 3rd option. Then, choose the very last below option. It’s the “Language” option, and it has 3 options. One of them is English Language.
However, if you find the instructions above a bit complicated, you can always, instead of choosing the 3rd option after entering Settings/Options Menu, choose the very last below. That is the “Return to Default” option. If you’re lucky, it should change the game settings instantly into English language.
