These eu ones both don’t have all dlcs, shouldn’t be posted as ”all dlcs” if theres still missing dlcs
the cast characters from DLC 17 & DLC 18 dont show up? nor do the moves, parallel quests or basically anything related to those dlcs, i downloaded highspeed’s game, update and dlcs

What most people NEED to understand is that nothing available for PS4 is free, EVERYTHING IS PAID!
