Game is working perfectly, in the first boot just install all the DLCs (if u want..) then go to game folder and delete PS3_EXTRA. Enjoy.
I can confirm that the game is in Spanish, Italian, French and German.

I had the same issue. It looks like there is a missing file called LIGHTING.TFC. To fix the issue, you need to create a dummy file with this name. You only need to open Notepad and don’t write anything in it, just click on “File”, “Save as”, now in the “Save as type” drop-down menu, change it from “Text documents” to “All files”. Finally, in the “File name” paste this: LIGHTING.TFC and click “Save”.
Now, copy this file in a usb drive, and paste it inside the game folder in your PS3. Exactly in: “PS3_GAME/USRDIR/DISHONOREDGAME/COOKEDPS3”. Launch the game again and it should install without a problem.

I just downloaded game and I can approve its in english . What you need to do is install all dlc if you want then remove extra file and isdr folder from game and its works
BLES01675 is FRENCH ONLY, the guy who said he confirms it’s also English is lying or had another release. There is NO way in any options menu to switch languages…

tenia ese mismo problema y lo que hice fue, instale todo los archivos adicionales y después lo borre por completo y después entre el juego al ps3 otra vez y borre la carpeta PS3_EXTRA y entre el juego y después funciono. inténtalo.

i delete the PS3_EXTRAS folder,and cant find the INSDIR folder that is located in PS3_GAME.

Hey, when i downloaded from mega link, i tried to extract the game content but there some archives corrupt or damaged, could someone fix it plz? It was the second time i tried to download the game.
use tool “jdownload” download all file, after unrar with tool “winrar” , all work ok

A mi me funciono, y lo tengo en español
After loading from Multiman only the DLCs are shown on XMB.
To fix that open the file PARAM.SFO located in the game root directory with PARAM.SFO Editor and tick Install Package/ PS3_EXTRA
Im completed change the french language to english. But there was no sound of the dialogue and no subtitle

Ay listen closely comrade, First install all the files with in the game then go to multiman File manager got to ps3 root select GAMES
enter the game folder you will find a folder named PS3_EXTRAS delete that folder load your game and VOILA

After you delete the PS3_EXTRAS folder, delete the INSDIR folder that is located in PS3_GAME. After that play the game and enjoy it
