Akaza, Rui, Yahaba and Susamaru unlocks after complete story chapters (or if you buy them in shop with Kimetsu Points). Tamayo & Yushiro not available because require 01.30 patch (fw 9.03)
what about Enmu?
I’m looking for Enmu but it looks like that she requires 1.30 patch too. It’s disappointing
even with backported patch it still requires firmware 8.00 on 5.05
