[SOLUTION] LANGUAGE FROM FRENCH TO ENGLISH. It’s very quick and simple, I found out with a little help from several internet folks and databases. You gotta change the region of the game from BLES to BLUS. First download and extract the files from the game, then:
01 – download PS3TOOLCOLLECTION 4.8.1 or newer (https://www.psx-place.com/resources/ps3-tools-collection.594/)
*I had to download one missing .dll file and throw it in PS3TOOLS/TOOLS paste; worked just fine.
*Don’t worry, there’s no malware in spite of what your antivirus program says. Run as Administrator.
02 – follow the instructions in this video
*you will notice if you got the BLES file that there’s no “LICDIR” paste nor “LIC.DAT” file in the compiled paste of the game so generate one and download it (http://jonnysp.bplaced.net/lic.php) to put it in the game files (create paste with the same name as seen in the video).
I should mention that after the change it will be necessary to download again the 1.90 patch (~1gb). I have deleted my save game and the previously downloaded 1.90 patch in order to “start fresh” in the game now in english.
It’s alright here, no more French, just English =D

I just found out there’s a 073 and a 074 version, so the DLC unlocker and the updates for 073 won’t work with the version here (074). now I’m searching for either a copy of 073, or the updates and DLC for 074.
I don’t understand why you can download the BLUS30061 DLC, but not the game Where the N.American copy of Burnout Paradise to go with the DLC?

Link ver EUR โ BLES00074 : To all of my English speaking peoples out there. This is not an English speaking game! The game works/plays as it should but unless you speak French (how it sounds to me) you won’t have a clue about what you’re suppose to do.
