[CUSA07823] Borderlands 3 Ultimate Edition Update 1.29 + All DLC Fully Backported
Credits to Whitehawkx for the base and Fugazi for his previous DLC work! Thanks to Anibabu for letting me access his PS4 to dump the final form DLCs which lead me to finally figure out the patterns of the keys and bruteforce the Disciples of the Vault ones!
Notes: 5.05 / 6.72 / 7.02 Backport! After a long battle against this DLC 6, Directors Cut, i finally won the war! Im still frustrated i lost all this time because they swapped 1 digit of the key pattern and so i missed my bruteforce by 1 digit lol In the end i finally managed to reverse the key location in memory and obtain it from the retail game, with a massive thanks to Jocover for his constant work trying to get this key with me! It was painful but i win again 🙂
Notes 2: Turns out their pattern didnt really change i was just missing some very important information in between coming from the missing Final Form packs, i was able to bruteforce the keys of the newer Disciples of the Vault ones on first try, after receiving that information, because my initial logic was perfect! I remade all DLCs because it was a mess with so many packs split from multiple people, so i decided to make my own with all the new DLCs! Despite hating Borderlands 3 this game is now complete!

I have the DLC’s working. Press “New Game” and then select the DLC you want to use. If you want to copy across you main character instead of playing the DLC’s as a new Level 13, you can use the Borderlands Save Editor.
You can start at level 13 but when you want to travel to jackpot for example, the handsome man does not appear on the planet
Have you tried to play those DLC’s? Try this press new game then select whatever you want dlc chapters. Then play thru it wait for the dialogue to finish then go to the mission map that says you need to purchase this add on. Have fun! Chat here if you played it. im waiting😁
I doubt you could even play that. Again, the dlc will appear in new game, the dlc intro and dialogue will even play but after that there is no way to navigate it, no options on sanctuary.
Yeah i was actually waiting for he’s reply when he played it.. aw man i was really hoping to play all those dlc’s. Guess we have to wait for the Cap to do it with their kindly hearted.

Again, How about trying to play the actual DLC first before trying to post it as “Working”. Same issue with update 1.11, DLC is appearing in Sanctuary but is still required to purchase. Minos prime is working but probably because of the working update.
To all who wants to download the US version. Game and update 1.16 is working but you can’t play the dlc. It will appear but it will not be playable
Before you say the DLCs is not working, be sure if you know how to activate it.
In Start Menu put “New game” and then you can chose the DLCs you want to play.
If I am right, apologize to the great guy who uploaded the game so people like you could play it.
Haha then why don’t you try it wise guy. I’ve already tried it. It will show in the mission but it no way to navigate it tru sanctuary because it will not appear in the navigation. When you check the dlc posters in sanctuary its saying that you need to purchase it. Same problem with update 1.11 CUSA07823. Again, try it before you argue wise guy.
It will appear in “new game” and will play the intro, it will even play the starting dialogue but after that you are stuck it will point you to the navigator but the dlc for that place will not appear. It may be bugged or something but 100% not working with the dlc
Already tried that… You play as a lvl 13 character that you select and go to the mission dlc. But its not playable it let you to the dlc mission but it can’t go thru the stage it says purchase the expansion! Why dont you try it zangetsu.
gosh not mad at you or anything just i updated to 1.16 and 7.55 and this dlc no work. I know to play till i reach sanctuary but it still ask me to purchase the content. Think duplex need to look at it.
Maybe a dlc fix missing? I hope duplex works in that.

CUSA07823 -USA DLC’s two expnasion works well and i tested it… i dunno about the others im still downloading it.
Dang… just donwload 2 dlc.. the other 3 is not yet playable because it needed a higher firmware 7.50+ still those first and second dlc is playable
I was wrong the dlc is not working… their right it needed something dlc unlocker because it keeps telling you to purchase the expansion even if you download the dlc.. aaww maaaann… sad life…
I think that to activate the dlcs you need an update higher than 1.11 hopefully they will upload it soon
